Rancho Santa Margarita is a small city with the soul of a village located on the eastern edge of Orange County. The town carries with it traditions that honor the heritage of the land. A mix of land uses, and a balance of jobs and housing provide a planned community oasis where people live, work, shop, and play. Plaza Antonio is a beautiful shopping center in the heart of Rancho Santa Margarita. It offers convenience for dining, services, community events, and public gathering places which promote a family-oriented community and encourage community spirit and participation. Quality educational programs and facilities are promoted through cooperation between the City and the school districts. Arroyo Vista Middle and Santa Margarita High School are two of the top schools in the city. The neighborhoods in Rancho Santa Margarita family-friendly and some of the safest in the country. The three that we have focused on the most are Dove Canyon, a private residential community of approximately 1200 homes, is located within the eastern part of Rancho Santa Margarita, as well as Walden and Robinson Ranch. The surrounding areas offer so many beautiful views and opportunities to get out on the trail. O’Neil Regional Park features beautify mountains, waterways and has many trails to hike and walk. Tijeras Creek Golf Club is a fantastic way to enjoy the beautiful landscape of Orange County.
