San Clemente is the most southern city of Orange County. It is also considered one of the most affordable beach towns in Orange County. Its population has exploded in the 2000s from 16,000 to over 66,000 residents in the last census. There are a lot of historic homes and new modern homes with amazing ocean views to choose from. The Schools in San Clemente don’t disappoint either. San Onofre Elementary is an excellent option for the little ones, and when they are ready, San Clemente High School ranks high and has excellent access from the freeway and the beach. For your local shopping options, there is Downtown San Clemente which offers many Boutiques, and The Outlets at San Clemente, which are a fantastic place for value and have an incredible view of the ocean. There are many different options for neighborhoods in San Clemente. It offers everything from homes on the Talega Golf Course to Oceanfront Properties. A few of the best ones are Sea Pointe Estates, Colony Cove, and The Breakers. San Clemente offers a wide range of hiking and other outdoor activities as with most other South Orange County Cities. If you want to hike or go for a stroll Rancho San Clemente Ridgeline Trail, San Clemente Beach Trail, San Clemente Pier are all amazing options to choose from. Locals enjoy the many local Breweries that San Clemente offers; they also enjoy Surfing and Bon Fires on its beautiful beaches.
